Refund Policy

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Final Orders
   All orders are final and cannot be canceled once placed.
2. Account Privacy
   Your account/profile must remain public until your order is fully completed. If your account is set to private during processing, no refund will be issued, as the service will still be delivered to our servers regardless.
3. Non-Delivery
   If a service fails to deliver as described, contact our support team within 7 days of your order for review.
4. Refund Eligibility
   Refunds are only issued in cases of confirmed non-delivery due to an error on our end, and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
